If we’ve missed answering your questions here, please send us an email by selecting the “contact” tab

what is your shelf life?

From date of production, the shelf life of our products is approximately 3-months and you can freeze your product for up to 6-months. Each product is stamped with a best before date.

Please note that some seasonal flavours may be subject to a lesser shelf-life due to some additions to the recipe. However, this will be noted on our website and will be evident on the best before date.

i don’t have a paypal account

No Paypal account? No problem!

Though we utilize Paypal as our online payment platform, no Paypal account is required to purchase our products! When you see the Paypal platform pop-up, scroll to the bottom of the pop-up and select “continue as a guest” to bypass entering login information.

After that, you can proceed as usual to enter your payment information.

will you deliver past the perimeter?

Unfortunately, due to the coverage we need to make on our delivery nights, we are not able to deliver outside of the perimeter. If you are able to give a friend or family member’s address within the city, we will gladly deliver to that address instead.

*Please note that we deliver on weekdays, outside of regular business hours. We cannot drop off to UPS mailboxes or businesses that are not open after hours.

do you ship across canada?

We sure do!

If you are not located in Winnipeg, please contact us directly through our “Contact Us” form. Let us know what your order is as well as your address. We will be happy to send you an invoice that you can pay separately and we will ship your product out to you, wherever you may be in Canada!

do you ship internationally?

Though we can ship across the border, we cannot guarantee that it will not be stopped by customs.

Due to the nature of a food product, there are a lot of regulations that each country has. Unfortunately at this time, we would err on the side of caution and say that it is not worth the risk.

are your products vegan?

No. At this time, our marshmallows are made with beef gelatin and our grahams are made with butter!

However, please stay tuned. As we continue to mature in our product development, we are aiming to carry a vegan option for our marshmallows.

are your products gluten free?

Some of our products are gluten-friendly, but none are gluten free.

All of our products are made on the same surfaces and may contain trace amounts of gluten. However, our maple, original, and espresso marshmallow bags are gluten-friendly.

Are your products nut free?

As we are not based out of a nut free facility, all of our products may contain traces of tree nuts and peanuts.

How can i make s’mores at home?

There are a few different ways you can prepare your s’mores (or marshmallows) at home! If you purchase one of our s’mores kits, we have roasting instructions included inside each box.

  1. Roast your marshmallows over a bonfire outside.

  2. Roast your marshmallows over a stove element (gas or electric) by skewering your mallow with a wooden kebab stick and roasting over med-to-high heat.

  3. Roast your marshmallows over the barbecue by removing the grate and lighting the grill. We opt for a longer roasting stick, similar to what you would use over your bonfire!

  4. Use your oven! Set your oven to broil and place your graham crackers evenly across a cookie sheet. Place a piece of chocolate on one graham and a marshmallow on the other graham. Place the cookie sheet in the oven and broil for 45 seconds. Remove from oven, squish the graham with the chocolate and the graham with the marshmallow together. Enjoy!
